Another great afternoon at our May company luncheon!

We shared company updates, had some fun with the prize spin wheel 🎉, and enjoyed a great meal featuring beef tips, mashed potatoes, broccoli, Caesar salad, and Mary Sjoberg’s famous brownies.

This month, we were also proud to support Special Spaces Wisconsin — a nonprofit that creates dream bedrooms for children with cancer. Sjoberg Tool matched employee donations and prize wheel contributions in support of the organization, and will continue matching employee donations throughout the month of May.

We're hiring a Maintenance Electrician to join our 1st shift team. We’re looking for someone who can wire, assemble, test, and install electrical components across our production machines, buildings, and facilities. Someone who can read a schematic, follow the code, and bring a "fix it right the first time" mindset to everything they do.

What we're looking for:

🔷 Journeyman Electrician certification is preferred, but not required
🔷 5+ years of manufacturing experience
🔷 Ability to read blueprints & electrical schematics
🔷 A team-first attitude and serious attention to detail

A great afternoon for our April company luncheon!

We shared a company update, recognized another group of team members for completing our Blueprint Reading class and earning their certificates, and had some fun with the prize spin wheel 🎉

Lunch included chicken parm, Italian sausage, pasta with red sauce, broccoli, and Mary Sjoberg’s famous brownies — safe to say no one left hungry.

We also had an employee benefits consultant on-site for the day to answer questions and provide an extra resource for our team.
