All 5’s helped build foundations for the next generation of professionals at the annual Construction Career Day. Hosted by the Nevada Contractors Association (NCA) in collaboration with the College of Southern Nevada's School of Advanced and Applied Technologies, this event introduced thousands of middle and high school students to the wide range of career and opportunities in construction, engineering, and architecture.

Throughout the day, our All 5’s team took building together to a whole new level – or maybe, back to where building started for many kids.

While explaining construction subcontracting, we had some fun along the way! Each student who participated in our booth activities took home a random construction-themed LEGO mini-figure. One lucky winner took home an upscaled construction mini-figure LEGO set and there were even some Needoh cubes up for grabs!

The future of construction is looking bright, and All 5’s is grateful to be a part of it. Give us a follow if you stopped by our booth!

In celebration of Construction Inclusion Week, All 5’s and The PENTA Building Group joined forces for a Cultural Day feast!

Yesterday we brought this year’s theme — Open Doors and Build a Workforce for Everyone — to life with an unforgettable team potluck in . Our crew brought in incredible dishes representing their cultures and backgrounds, complete with tags for each dish, who made it, and the country it represented. It was a great afternoon breaking bread, sharing stories, and connecting.

By fostering a welcoming, respectful workplace where every individual can grow and thrive, we’re working to build an even stronger foundation for our industry’s future.
