A new concession stand for North Lincolnton Middle School, ready for game nights, track meets, and every Friday that brings this community together.

Projects like this are some of our favorites. No job is too large or too small when it means serving our neighbors well. From the first pour to the final door, we're grateful to build the places where Lincoln County families gather.

Pull back far enough and you can see why this house looks the way it does.

The drive bends around the pines instead of through them. The home sits down into the grade instead of on top of it. Nothing about this lot got flattened to make the build easier. The land was here first, and it set the shape of everything that followed.

Finish work is ahead of us. But the bones are set, and they were set by the site.

Water that was here before us, ridgelines that will be here long after, and land that tells you what it will allow before you ever pour a footing.

Full-time, reporting directly to our President. You'd own our accounting operations — job costing, WIP, percentage-of-completion, billing, project profitability — and lead a small accounting and admin team. We work in Sage, Procore, and Buildertrend.

Strong construction accounting background required. CPA preferred. Competitive pay, bonus, benefits, retirement, and real involvement in how this company runs.

Foundation day at the Mitford Discovery Center in Hudson.

Before the exhibits, before the wide-eyed kids walking through the doors there's this. Rebar, footings, and concrete poured deep into the red clay. The part nobody ever sees, holding up everything Mitford will become.

Happy Independence Day!

Today the country turns 250! A milestone founded on a simple conviction: that the things worth having are worth building carefully and worth handing down. It's a belief that shows up everywhere in this country, in every trade and every small town, in anyone who has ever set something on a solid footing and trusted the next generation to carry it forward.

The best of what surrounds us was never finished in a single lifetime. It was framed by people who believed in the work and completed by the hands that came after. That's true of a nation, and it's true of every home, business, and gathering place we're grateful to be part of here in the foothills.

So today we're mostly just thankful. Thankful for the freedom to do meaningful work, for the neighbors we get to build alongside, and for a foundation laid long before any of us arrived.

We're honored to be building out their brand new space, and it's exciting to watch this project come to life. From framed-out walls to fresh ductwork going in, every detail is bringing them one step closer to opening the doors.
