Construction has officially begun on Charleston Ridge Apartments, a multifamily development in New Port Richey, Florida. Developed by Dobbins Group, this community will span 247,000 square feet and include a mix of residential offerings, including 6 two-bedroom townhomes above 10,000 square feet of commercial space and 4 four-story apartment buildings with 224 units.

Residences will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans featuring quartz countertops, walk-in closets in every bedroom, smart locks, stainless steel appliances, and glass walk-in shower enclosures.

After 29 years of incredible leadership, loyalty, and dedication, we were honored to celebrate Danny Stevens at his retirement party last week. 💙

As Capstone Building Corp.’s very first employee, Danny helped build far more than a company. He helped shape the culture, values, and people that define who we are today. Surrounded by coworkers, friends, and family, we reflected on the countless relationships, memorable projects, and lasting impact he leaves behind after nearly three decades.

To honor his legacy and the immeasurable role he played in our story, we were proud to officially rename our conference room in his honor.

Danny, thank you for everything you’ve poured into this company, this team, and the generations of employees who have learned from your example. Your influence will be felt here for years to come. Congratulations on your well-earned retirement!

Throwing it back to Vital at Springbrook in Alcoa, Tennessee, a joint venture by StoneRiver Company and Bluedog Capital Partners. This development spans 311,996 square feet and features 300 units, including 32 studios, 176 one-bedroom units, and 92 two-bedroom units with one or two baths.

The community offers a resort-style pool, fitness center, golf simulator, dog park, car wash station, and incredible views of the Smoky Mountains, along with additional resident-focused amenities throughout the property. 🏔

Colina Hillside, a 475-unit residential development by Dobbins Group, is nearing completion in Birmingham, Alabama.

The apartment complex will feature four- and five-story buildings with two- and three-bedroom floor plans, providing a much-needed upscale multifamily community along the West I-459 corridor. 🏢

The development will also offer convenient access to nearby retail, dining, and medical destinations, enhancing everyday connectivity for future residents.

Liva is a multifamily development by Clear Mountain Properties now officially underway in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. 🚧

The project will include 32 three-bedroom townhomes along with five garden-style apartment buildings totaling 120 units, each featuring granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, bike barn, and public walking trails.

Herndon Square is an in-progress development by Pennrose on behalf of Hunt Companies, the Atlanta Housing Authority, and Oakwood Development Group. Capstone Building Corp, is excited to deliver this 335,348-square-foot community in Atlanta, Georgia.

The development will include 201 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residential units and feature modern interior finishes such as luxury vinyl flooring, granite countertops, stainless and porcelain sinks, cordless vinyl blinds, chrome plumbing fixtures, and elevators.
