The work performed uses "Team Concept", combining the client's requirements with our "in-house" expertise and outside professional associates in Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and

Land Surveying as required. "In-House" personnel are available for all types of Civil Engineering projects including but not limited to: feasibility studies, subdivision design, public works, streets, bridges, gas, water and sewer lines, small buildings, parking lots, foundations with emphasis on post-tension designs. is the owner of the company, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana. Gene III is a past President of the Louisiana Engineering Society's Bayou Chapter. (Gene) Milford, Jr., P.E., the founder, is a retired Civil Engineer in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas and retired Surveyor in Louisiana.
