Since joining Paragon Environmental Services in 2025, Shawn Thompson has brought more than 30 years of golf industry experience to our growing Golf Services division.

Now, as Manager of Golf Services, Shawn is helping us bring together deep golf industry knowledge and advanced environmental solutions.

For golf course superintendents and managers, that means practical support with pond dredging, irrigation capacity, aquatic vegetation, shoreline restoration, and water management, all with minimal disruption to play.

It’s always great to see a project get attention—but even better when it helps showcase what’s possible in modern golf course water management.

We’re excited to see Golfdom Magazine highlighting our recent project at Cohasset Golf Club, where Paragon Integrated Services Group hosted a Lunch & Learn for golf industry professionals from across New England.

Attendees were able to see firsthand how hydraulic dredging, environmental permitting, and centrifuge dewatering can work together to address sediment accumulation while minimizing disruption to the golf course.

For us, this project is about more than dredging a pond. It’s about helping golf courses take a proactive, long-term approach to managing one of their most important assets: water.

A big thank you to Cohasset Golf Club for hosting us, everyone who attended the event, and Golfdom Magazine for taking the time to tell the story.

We’re proud of the work our Environmental team is doing and excited to continue expanding Paragon’s presence in the golf industry.

⛳ A Great Day at Cohasset Golf Club!

A big thank you to the members of the Golf Course Superintendent's Association of New EnglandCape Cod GCSA, and New England Golf Course Owners Association -who took time out of their busy schedules to spend the afternoon with the Paragon Integrated Services Group team.

It was a great day of networking, learning, and seeing firsthand the hydraulic dredging and centrifuge dewatering process in action.

A special thank you to Glen J. Misiaszek and the Cohasset Golf Club team for being incredible hosts and opening their course to fellow industry professionals.

Thank you as well to Sarah Stearns, PWS, of Beals and Thomas for sharing her expertise and leading the conversation around project planning, permitting, and environmental considerations.

We’re excited to announce that Paragon Integrated Services Group – Environmental Division is officially expanding our operations into Florida with a new yard in Inverness!

But this expansion is about much more than putting a pin on the map.
