Energy choice is decided state by state, and the policy picture is changing.

At the TEPA National Conference, Mantis’ Matt Kinney will moderate “The Policy Map: Where Choice is Headed” on Thursday, Nov. 5.

The panel will explore where client choice is gaining momentum, where political and regulatory pressures are emerging, and the arguments influencing lawmakers and regulators. For brokers, suppliers, and clients navigating retail energy markets, these state-level decisions matter.
