Meet Kimberly, one of our newest employee-owners based in Ruston, LA!

Kimberly joins Radiance as a Microelectronics Laboratory Manager. She brings a diverse background to our team with many years of experience in microfabrication, MEMS, semiconductor manufacturing, and device development. She also recently attained a PHD in MEMS and Microsystems!

When asked why she is excited to join Radiance, Kimberly shared, “I am excited to work in a hands-on space where I can apply my experience to support the microelectronics development lab and contribute to cutting-edge research in the area of microelectronics.”

Outside of work, Kimberly loves playing videogames, sports (currently volleyball and pickleball), and spending time with her dogs.

Today, we’re celebrating National Intern Day by recognizing our incredible 2026 Accelerate interns! This summer, our interns brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and dedication to teams across our offices nationwide.

At yesterday’s annual Accelerate Internship Showcase, held at our Huntsville and Dayton offices, our interns had the opportunity to present the innovative projects they tackled, the challenges they overcame, and the incredible impact they made throughout their experience.

Thank you to our interns for an outstanding summer and to the mentors and employee-owners who invested in their success. We’re proud of everything they accomplished and can’t wait to see where their journeys take them next!

Radiance Gives recently presented a $5,000 grant to Grandparents as Parents (GAP), a North Alabama nonprofit that supports grandparents and other relatives raising children in the absence of their biological parents.

Founded by Keith and Edie Lowhorne, who are raising their own grandchildren, GAP provides advocacy, education, resources, and community support for "grandfamilies" across Alabama. This grant will support the GAP One Stop Shop, a resource hub that provides essentials such as food, clothing, hygiene products, school supplies, backpacks, toys, and holiday gifts, while also connecting families to counseling referrals, support groups, and other community resources.

We’re proud to support an organization meeting real needs for caregivers and children across North Alabama!

Bring Your Kid to Work Day was a success at our Huntsville and Dayton offices!

We inspired young minds through engaging presentations and panels led by our dedicated employee-owners, and the kids enjoyed touring the offices and stamping their Radiance Passports at each stop. We wrapped up the day with delicious food and plenty of family fun.

Meet Scott, one of our newest employee-owners based in Dayton, OH!

Scott joins Radiance as a C4ISR Analyst. He brings a diverse background to our team, having served as a Sergeant First Class in the Army Reserve, worked as a SIGINT and all-source analyst for the past 18 years, and spent nearly a decade as a contractor at NASIC.

When asked why he is excited to join Radiance, Scott shared, “I’m excited to work on a supportive and engaged team.”

Outside of work, Scott loves playing and watching all sports, especially soccer, traveling, spending time with his wife, Mindi, and supporting his daughters, who both play competitive club volleyball.
