🚀 What a week in the Rocket City for the inaugural Rocket City Space Fest!

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us over this special week! As a Founding Partner, it was amazing to see our community come together and share their excitement for all things space. From the U.S. Space & Rocket Center's Biergarten to Space Night with the Huntsville City FC, packing the MidCity District market, and hitting it out of the park with the Rocket City Trash Pandas, the city showed how much Space means to us all.

We're already counting down the days until next year. Bigger. Better. Even more space. See you at Rocket City Space Fest 2027!

This is the nation's leading conference focused on space and missile defense, bringing together military leaders, government agencies, industry partners, and innovators to discuss the technologies and strategies shaping national security.

: Artemis III is coming together and the engines have arrived at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. The third mission, planned for a 2027 launch, is a critical step in NASA's journey to return humans to the lunar surface. The mission will test the spacecraft, docking systems, and technologies needed for future Moon landings, helping reduce risk and prepare crews for the next era of exploration.

TBE is proud to be part of the Artemis legacy through the Launch Vehicle Stage Adapter (LVSA), a key structure that connects NASA's Space Launch System (SLS) core stage to the upper stage and Orion spacecraft. As Artemis missions continue to advance deep space exploration, the LVSA remains an essential component helping carry astronauts farther than ever before. We can't wait to see it stacked in the coming months!

After departing the L3Harris Engine Assembly Facility at NASA's John C. Stennis Space Center, the fourth and final RS-25 engine for NASA's SLS (Space Launch System) rocket has arrived in Florida.

Now reunited with the other Artemis III engines, the powerful quartet is almost ready for installation at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

✨𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 ✨TBE would like to thank the Huntsville community for jammin' out and sharing your pride in our space legacy at last night’s Concerts in the Park at Big Springs Park.

The evening was highlighted by the official proclamation recognizing July 20 as Apollo Day, honoring the historic achievements that helped put humanity on the Moon and the generations of innovators who continue to push exploration forward today. Then, as the sun set on downtown Huntsville, the sky came alive with the spectacular drone show where space history was written in lights.

We hope you'll join us as we close out the Rocket City Space Fest celebrations this week at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center's Beirgarten, Thursday, July 23 and for Splashdown Day in downtown Huntsville, Friday, July 24th for an amazing block party. We'll see you there.

: On July 20, 1969, the entire world tuned in to watch humans set foot on the moon. More than five decades later, that historic moment continues to inspire new generations of explorers, engineers, scientists, and dreamers.

Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE) is honored to be a part of America’s journey to the Moon. TBE contributed to the Saturn V program, helping support the development and testing efforts behind the powerful rocket that launched Apollo astronauts toward lunar exploration. That legacy of engineering excellence continues today as we support the next generation of human spaceflight and space exploration missions like NASA Artemis

And this is what Rocket City Space Fest has been all about: celebrating Huntsville’s long history with space exploration and the people, programs, and innovations that helped take humanity from Earth to the Moon. 𝙒𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙡𝙡 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 6:15-8:30. A special proclamation will be made and a fantastic drone show will remind us how we became the "Rocket City."

We have liftoff!🚀Rocket City Space Fest launches tonight with a kickoff celebration at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Biergarten.

Join the festivities from 5:00–7:30 p.m. beneath the iconic Saturn V rocket inside the Davidson Center for an evening of food, drinks, and celebration. Come share our love for Space as we recognize the achievements that earned Huntsville its title as “The Rocket City” while inspiring the next generation of explorers and innovators.
