This is a newly created role designed to strengthen legal support capabilities across the organization while improving efficiency in document management, legal administration, drafting, and ex*****on of strategic legal projects.

We're excited to announce the promotion of Michael Shaughnessy to Director of Engineering at Zephyr. In this role, Michael will oversee engineering support for both our Generator Shop and Drivetrain facility. He'll strengthen the technical connection between these two critical areas of our business. He'll also serve as the engineering resource for all our divisions, bringing practical insight, black belt level problem solving abilities and field informed technical leadership to all teams across Zephyr.

Michael’s background in mechanical engineering, wind generator systems, electromechanical diagnostics, rotor connection design, repair process improvement, warranty procedures, RCA/NCR work, safety protocols, and customer facing technical support gives him a uniquely well rounded perspective for this role. His experience leading repair solutions, improving shop efficiency, supporting complex projects, and developing teams aligns strongly with our continued focus on quality, safety, and disciplined ex*****on.

Michael brings the kind of steady, hands on engineering leadership that helps translate technical complexity into practical results. We're excited to see his impact continue to grow as he supports our shops, divisions and our customers in this new role.

We’re excited to welcome two outstanding leaders to the Zephyr Wind Services team as we continue to strengthen and grow our Repower and Major Component Exchange capabilities.

Will Combs joins as Director of Operations for our Repower Division. With over two decades of experience leading large scale, multi-state energy projects, Will brings deep expertise in project ex*****on, supply chain strategy, and operational leadership. He has a proven track record of managing complex budgets, optimizing performance, and delivering results through disciplined ex*****on and strong stakeholder alignment.

Ben Jordan joins as Director of Service. Ben is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across wind farm operations, large corrective services, and multi-site team management. He has led organizations of over 100 personnel, managed significant P&L responsibility, and consistently driven growth, efficiency, and safety focused performance across diverse service lines.

Both Will and Ben bring a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and team development - values that align closely with Zephyr’s mission.

We’re excited to welcome them and look forward to the impact they’ll make in advancing our capabilities and delivering for our customers.
