BIG NEWS FROM CYCLE!

After more than 50 years of building infrastructure across the Gulf South, Cycle Construction has officially been acquired by Dynamic Group.

This is a proud moment for our team, our clients, and the Kernion family legacy that built Cycle into what it is today. From levees, floodwalls, and marine infrastructure to disaster response and some of the toughest projects in the region, Cycle has always been about showing up when it matters most.

That commitment isn’t changing.

Our clients will continue working with the same trusted Cycle team. We’re staying in Kenner, keeping our name, and our leadership is not going anywhere. What is changing is the depth of resources, capabilities, and support we can now bring to every project.

We’re grateful for the foundation that got us here and excited for what this next chapter means for our people, our partners, and the communities we serve across the Gulf South.

More to come — and a lot to look forward to.

Flashback Friday to Cycle’s early days in dirt work, pipe laying, and heavy equipment operations — the kind of work that built our reputation for quality craftsmanship. All these years later, that same dedication to safety, precision, and performance powers every project. We’re still delivering excellence throughout the construction life cycle.

Seven months in, and this project is taking shape! Our team continues to make strong progress in St. John the Baptist Parish as we move from initial marshland clearing into active flood protection construction. Every phase reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and delivering excellence for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the communities we serve along the Gulf Coast.

With February 2027 in sight, we’re building momentum and staying focused on executing every detail the right way—from the ground up.

Back to hard hats after the party hats! Our Cycle team loved celebrating Mardi Gras, but the beads are off, the boots are on, and we’re back to building what matters for our community.

A lot is happening beneath the surface at this new athletics site at the St. Bernard Campus – Willie Hall Playground and Stormwater Management project.

Cycle is building an underground storm drainage retention system measuring 185,000 SF (4.25 acres)—and once it’s complete, the top of the site will include a football field, baseball field with a batting cage, and a track, plus bleachers, lights, and new concrete walkways.

Projects like this are why we do what we do. We plan it right, build it right, and keep it safe—because trust is earned in the details.

Delivering excellence throughout the construction life cycle.
