This phase included the full removal of all floor joists, exterior walls, and structural components with precision and care. The deck, outer roof walls, balcony door, balcony roof, and all windows were successfully removed, opening the structure for the next stage. Complete roof removal is now finished, keeping the project on schedule and safely executed. Every step was handled with attention to safety, efficiency, and material recovery where possible.
