Three levels on the water is not a simple build. Each tier has to be structurally independent while connecting seamlessly to the next, and every post footing near a pool environment has to account for moisture, soil movement, and load from above. ποΈ
The covered top level anchors the whole project. Overhead protection up there means the grill station and dining area stay functional in any weather, with the lake view stretched out across the property. Mid level brings in the hot tub, which requires its own structural consideration since a filled hot tub can weigh several thousand pounds. That weight has to be distributed through the framing all the way to the ground. π₯
The bottom level steps down to the pool. That transition from the covered entertaining space above to the open pool deck below is what makes a build like this feel intentional rather than just large. Each zone has a purpose and the layout connects them all without crowding any of them. π
