Shattered mirrors, solid foundation 🔥

Our risers had the job of holding up something truly wild for this one. Fort Houston's latest scenic novelty brought shattered and broken mirrors to life, mounted directly onto our staging for Playboi Carti's headlining set at Lyrica Lemonade's Summer Smash, held June 12 through 14 at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois.

Providing the riser foundation for a design this striking was a treat from start to finish. The final look spoke for itself, jagged, reflective, and completely unexpected in the best way.

Congrats to the entire Fort Houston team on an incredible turnaround for this ask. Their ability to move fast without losing an ounce of detail never stops impressing us. We were happy to play our part and help bring this vision into action for such a massive stage.

Built for the streets, driven straight onto center stage.

We had the honor of building a custom Hummer for Romeo Santos's Mejor Tarde Que Nunca Tour 2026, alongside Prince Royce, a world tour hitting arenas and stadiums from April through the end of the year. This fully custom fabricated, blacked-out Hummer became the centerpiece of the encore, driving onto the stage as the moment hit and staying front and center through the rest of the show.

Creative Director Melody Tseng set out to build one immersive world that brought together two distinct visual identities and two artists' stories, from the beaches of DR to the grit of NYC. The Hummer became a physical thread between those worlds, and every detail was designed to look like it rolled straight off the block because that authenticity is what makes a moment like this land the way it does in an arena setting, especially when paired with that sound design.

One of our biggest and baddest builds to date. A huge thank you to the entire production team for trusting us with a piece this central to the show, and for the collaboration that made it come together seamlessly. Congratulations to all involved, including but not limited to:

Creative Director/Show Design - Melody Tseng
Production Design - Nick Whitehouse
Lighting Design - Nesmar Estiven Cepeda
Production Manager - Roly Garbalosa, Andrés Albornoz

We were grateful to play a small part in bringing this vision to life.

We were beyond grateful to be on the road with Cardi B for her Little Miss Drama Tour this year with 30+ dates across North America from February through April 2026 — and every single show was an absolute spectacle.

This tour was a true test in teamwork, creativity, and ex*****on at the highest level, and we were so proud of what came together. Gallagher brought the mainstage, thrust, and B-Stage to these shows, creating a full and immersive performance environment built to command every inch across every arena. Custom fabricated props took the show to another level entirely — from the stunning birdcage visual woven throughout the performance to the showstopping massive arched bridge that lets Cardi rise above the crowd in moments nobody in that arena will ever forget.

And none of this would have been possible without our incredible partners at TAIT, who brought their world-class ground and aerial automation to the table in what can only be described as a seamless team effort. What makes this one even more special? This project was made possible by collaboration across Gallagher's two key locations in LA and Nashville, a true full-company effort from coast to coast.

Fans have called this a "2-house visual extravaganza" — a high-energy, full-discography journey through her iconic hip-hop, rap, and Latin catalog that covers everything from her earliest hits to her latest bangers. The feedback was nothing short of phenomenal, and we are here for every word of it. Congrats to all the teams involved!

Festival Napa Valley Arts for All Gala called for staging as elegant as the evening itself, set against the backdrop of Nickel & Nickel Winery, part of the House of Far Niente. 🍷

Guests were treated to a lavish dinner paired with Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, and Bella Union wines, followed by a live auction featuring the "money-can't-buy" luxury lots Festival Napa Valley is known for curating. The evening closed out with a powerhouse concert from a superstar headliner, and we were proud to provide the platform that brought it all together.

Our team built a 32'x22' stage with a rounded front, finished with black skirting, along with numerous band risers for the on-stage talent, plus FOH and a B-stage to round out the footprint. We also provided grated aluminum decks as additional design support for the venue's exterior pond, holding up a series of art pieces designed to look like trees rising out of the water.

Grateful to play a part in such a monumental evening and to help give this gala the platform it deserved as they raised funds for educational programs that empower youth, free and affordable concerts, music, wellness initiatives, and scholarships.

This July, a one night corporate event took over Downtown Nashville's Broadway, and we're taking you behind the scenes.

Opening Night + Neon Lights was a smash hit, produced in partnership with our friends at Music City Inc. and spearheaded by Chris Lisle on production. Our crew brought band risers for the main stage performances, along with FOH and ballast blocks, topped with truss to help the video team amplify their opening night graphics throughout the event. While the video tiles and main stage were supplied by other incredible teams, every structural piece we brought played its part in bringing the full vision to life downtown.

It takes a lot of moving pieces to pull off a night like this in the heart of Broadway, especially when it only happens for one night only. From risers to ballast blocks to truss, every element had a role to play for the crowd.

A standout hit on Broadway for a single night, this one came together through some serious collaboration. Congrats and thank you to Chris Lisle, Moo TV, Premier Global Productions, IPS, Herc Entertainment Services, and RockForce, among many others who made this event one to remember.

Selling out Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a milestone for any band. Being part of that night with Flipturn was an honor, and a chance for our staging to shine alongside some truly incredible production and lighting design. 🔥

For this show, our team built a grated 8'x24'x2' riser, designed with intention to let the lighting design shine through and add real depth to the stage picture. As the indie rock band took on one of their biggest shows to date, that grated surface became part of the visual story, giving the lighting room to move and the stage room to breathe.

Nights like this only come together through collaboration, and this one had no shortage of talented people behind it. Congrats and thank you to PM Taylor Paul Neal, Production and Lighting Designer Ethan Weiser, and additional teams including Alex Weyand, Lorance Smith, ACME Lighting, Lite Tek Entertainment, Brown Note Productions, Sean McLane, Tyler Truss Systems, and Applied Electronics, among many others who made this night possible.

What a show, and what a privilege to be part of it.

Twenty years of Festival Napa Valley deserves a platform worthy of it, and some builds test your engineering as much as your problem solving. We were grateful to take on the challenge and help elevate audiences at Charles Krug Winery for the festival's 20th anniversary season. 🍷

This platform build was vast in scale and came with its own set of challenges, including a long ADA ramp and a handful of smaller handrail details that took careful planning to get right. Every element had to work together to make sure the experience was seamless for all guests.

These risers and platforms helped elevate audiences to view the main stage at the festival, giving guests a clear view of performances by soprano Renée Fleming, genre-defying trio Time for Three along with the Young People's Chorus of New York City, and even included the world premiere of the opera The Judgement of Paris. Guests also took in The Wizard of Oz Live, a screening of the 1939 film with its score performed live by Festival Orchestra Napa.

We were ecstatic to take on the challenge and build a platform that could serve every guest at the highest level. We also contributed additional staging just 12 miles northeast at Nickel & Nickel Winery for their Arts for All Festival. We'll share more about that build in an upcoming post, so keep an eye out. Cheers!

Two days. One incredible city. Nashville threw one for the books. 🎆

For Nashville's Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th celebration, we provided staging across the downtown festivities marking America's 250th anniversary. Our scope included band risers, front of house, media risers, camera platforms, and an entrance arch, each built to support a celebration on a scale Nashville hasn't seen before.

This year's expanded two-day event featured free live music across five stages, headliners including Nick Jonas, Boyz II Men, and Sublime, and a 1,000-drone and fireworks show that lit up the sky over downtown. Every riser, platform, and structure had to hold up to back-to-back programming and constant movement, from artist changeovers to camera teams capturing it all for the broadcast.

None of this happens with one company alone. We were proud to work alongside an incredible group of teams and crews to help bring America 250 to life downtown, bigger and better than ever. A very special congratulations to Chris Lisle for all of his work as the PM / LD for this event, and thank you to everyone who had a hand in making this celebration happen.

Bringing the hunting lodge to amphitheaters all summer with Riley Green 🦌

Riley Green's Cowboy As It Gets Tour is running this summer through the end of October, hitting key locations and amphitheaters across the United States, and we were grateful to play a part in building another custom stage design that brought a hunting lodge upgrade to the tour this go around.

The goal this time was to bring the same energy as the last run, with slightly more enhanced details that add a whole other layer to the performance. We provided a curved bar with LED enhancements, fascia scenically painted to match the wood grain on the decks, custom made antlers on display mounts, barstools, and an antler chandelier. Two identical sets kept the staging consistent through constant transitions and show dates. No small feat for a build with this much detail.

We were grateful to work with Premier Global Production on this one, their striking lighting rig gave the whole build an elevated ambiance and brought the custom antler chandelier and mounts to life. From the custom bar to the stools to pair with it, and the fantastic lighting to boot, every detail was built to hold up night after night, city after city, without losing an ounce of character along the way.

Already off to a standout set of shows, and we were grateful to play a part in bringing this world to life for fans across the country.

Hitting the ground running this summer with The Chicks

We were honored to provide the rental staging package for The Chicks as they kick off their festival and opening circuit this summer. Getting to work with our friends at Fort Houston again was a highlight. Their custom fabrication pieces paired perfectly with a simple rental set that elevated the set and the band without overcomplicating the design. That balance mattered most on festival days and opening slots, where a fast load in and load out can make or break the day.

It's been a pleasure working with this whole team to turn this production around in just nine days. Congrats to everyone involved, including but not limited to: Fort Houston, Emerlie Cox, Formation Creative Co, Voyage Productions Inc and KG3 Productions.
