M.A. Smith Electric is a family-operated electrical contracting company looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team!

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accounts receivable & payable via QuickBooks Online
• Payroll processing & data entry
• Scheduling jobs & customer service
• Tracking hours, materials & invoicing
• Monthly reconciliations & report processing
• Administrative support & office coordination
• Collaborate with accountant on tax filings

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2–3 years of office management or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Excel & Google programs
• Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask & work independently
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Committed to helping improve company growth

💲 PAY:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

🕒 PART-TIME:
30 hours/week
(Possible future full-time position)
