Please join us in welcoming Zachary Higgenbotham to the Boss Energy Solutions team as our new Account Manager & I&E Supervisor!

Zachary brings 13 years of experience across Oil & Gas, power plants, metering/pipeline/compressor stations, RNG, and offshore production. Throughout his career, he has served in roles including I&E Manager, Lead, Field Lead, and I&C Lead, building a strong reputation for troubleshooting expertise and relationship-building skills.

Based in Glenmora, Louisiana, Zachary enjoys spending time with his family and golfing when he’s not in the field.

We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the knowledge, leadership, and experience he brings to the team. Welcome to BOSS, Zachary!

Boss Energy Solutions is looking for motivated and safety-focused Lease Operators ready to join a strong team in South Texas!
✅ Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Must live within 1 hour of Laredo or Tilden
- Company truck, fuel card & tablet (for SCADA access & production data entry) provided by client
🔧 Experience Preferred
- Familiarity with area well types- free flowing wells, gas lift, pumping units, plunger lift (plus)
- eVIN / Merrick data entry (plus)
- Single well facilities
- Common tank batteries
- HP separator → LP separator → tanks
- HP separator → treater → tanks
