We are so sad to see deck weather slowly coming to an end, but we love the way this deck turned out. It brought a whole new life to this space. It's now ready for many more years of memories.

Now is a great time to start thinking about any big projects you may want ready for next summer. We would love to hear from you at 765-429-9064.

Employee of the Month: Rebecca! ✨
This month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Rebecca!! Rebecca joined the Thayer’s team last October and is closing in on her first full year!
Rebecca brings incredible energy to our office & is always happy to help our customers. Beyond being great with our clients, she is a huge asset to our internal team—always jumping in to help wherever needed, helping run our social media and keeping everyone in the office laughing.
Outside of work, Rebecca recently got married! When she isn't at work, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, playing pickleball & baking sweet treats for everyone to enjoy.
Thank you, Rebecca, for your hard work, positive energy, sweet treats, and everything you do to keep Thayer's running smoothly! We are so lucky to have you on our team.

You may recognize this house from a few posts back. If not, you should definitely go check it out. We had the honor to get to replace the siding on this home as well. The perfect refresh to make this home look brand new.
