RPM Crushers & Screens is growing and we’re looking to add 3 Aggregate Equipment Service Technicians to our team.

We're currently hiring for positions in:
📍 Georgia
📍 Alabama
📍 Lakeland, Florida

If you have hands-on experience with crushers, screeners, conveyors, shredders, and heavy equipment diagnostics, we want to hear from you.
💰 Pay: $30–$40/hour based on experience
🔧 Full-Time Positions
🚚 Travel Required

What you'll be doing:
✅ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
✅ Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
✅ Troubleshoot aggregate and recycling equipment
✅ Travel to customer jobsites and provide field service support
✅ Work directly with customers to keep operations running efficiently

What we're looking for:
✔️ Heavy equipment or aggregate equipment experience preferred
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔️ Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
✔️ Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
✔️ Team-player attitude and willingness to travel
