Two years in a row!

Hatch Product Development has once again been named to the Inc. 5000, ranking No. 24 among the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in America.

This milestone belongs to the entire Hatch team. As we’ve grown our team, expanded our capabilities, moved into a new 32,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility, and continued taking on ambitious new projects, our focus has remained the same: helping our clients turn complex ideas into real products.

We’re back on the Inc. 5000!

For the second consecutive year, Hatch Product Development has been named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, ranking No. 24 in Manufacturing and No. 898 overall on the 2026 Inc. 5000.

With more than 350% revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, this recognition reflects an exciting period of continued growth for Hatch and the incredible work of our team.

We’re also honored to have this recognition acknowledged by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker:

Behind every milestone is years of work that most people never see. This photo of Hatch Co-Presidents Kevin Schwartz and Addison Merchut was taken during Hatch's ribbon cutting, but the story started long before that day. Their leadership has helped shape Hatch's growth from the beginning, and we're excited for what's next.

Moving a growing company is no small task.

Over the past several months, our team has packed, organized, transported, assembled, and done whatever it took to make the transition to our new headquarters a success.

This photo captures one small part of that process as some equipment arrived at our new facility. We're glad to be settling in, and even more grateful to the team that made it happen. It truly took a company-wide effort.

Wauconda Fest was the perfect excuse for the Hatch team to get together outside the office.

Good food, games, lots of laughs, and a chance to take part in one of Wauconda's favorite annual traditions. We're proud to call Wauconda home and are looking forward to making many more memories in the community.
