This is more than a building. It’s a long-term investment in restoration, sustainability, and community. The new greenhouse will triple native plant production and grow over 100,000 plants each year, supporting parks and habitat across the Upper Midwest.

It also creates space for year-round operations, volunteer engagement, and education, strengthening the community's connection to and care for these natural spaces.

Molin is proud to have contributed 27,500 SF of architectural precast to a project with this kind of lasting impact.
