EV High-Voltage Safety = Contactors + Pre-Charge + HVIL
Contactors disconnect the battery when off
Pre-Charge slowly charges capacitors to avoid spark
HVIL shuts everything down if any cover or plug is open
Rule No.1: Trained Technicians Only. Never open HV parts yourself.
