Big things coming to this property with the addition of a new custom pole barn designed for both function and convenience.

This new structure will feature a clean gravel driveway connection for easy access, a spacious layout, and durable metal roofing built to last. We’re also incorporating transparent roof panels to bring natural light into the space, along with new lighting, gutters, and electrical features to make the building as practical as it is visually appealing.

Excited to see this one come together from the ground up!

An update on the exterior work happening at our addition project!

A lot of progress has been happening behind the scenes as the exterior details continue to come together. The walkway layout is taking shape, the ramp integration is underway, accent lighting is being incorporated throughout the space, and preparations for the outdoor shower are in motion.

While there’s still more to come, it’s exciting to start seeing the vision come together piece by piece. Projects like this take time, and the details are what make the finished product feel intentional and complete.

Big moment on this project — the island is in!

We just installed a stunning Taj Mahal quartzite slab, and it completely transforms the space. The size, the movement in the stone, and the natural tones all come together to make this island a true centerpiece.

Installs like this don’t happen without a strong team behind it. From planning and prep to ex*****on, it took everyone working together to make it happen — and it shows.

A little behind-the-scenes look at the exterior work on this addition — still very much in progress!

There’s a lot coming together here that you can’t fully see just yet. We’re building out a clean walkway, integrating a functional ramp, adding accent lighting, and incorporating an outdoor shower that will bring both convenience and a unique touch to the space.

Right now it may not show the full picture, but every detail is being put in place to create a finished product that feels seamless, intentional, and complete.

Here’s an update on this exciting home transformation.

With a new screened-in porch on the main level and a second-floor addition with a balcony, this project is really starting to take shape. These new spaces are designed to add comfort, function, and a fresh new look to the home, while creating beautiful areas to gather and enjoy the property!
