As summer kicks into high gear, we’re excited to share our June drone video update! We have several significant projects underway, and our skilled, experienced team is working hard to keep them moving safely, on schedule, and on budget. We’re especially grateful to our clients for trusting us as their partner to help bring their visions to reality.

We were pleased to attend today’s groundbreaking ceremony for the Bassett Place expansion at Capitol Lakes and celebrate the start of this exciting project. As the general contractor, McGann Construction is honored to partner with Capitol Lakes and the project team on this transformative $45 million development, which will provide additional independent living residences and enhance senior living opportunities in downtown Madison.

We appreciate the opportunity to help bring this vision to life and look forward to delivering a high-quality addition that will serve residents and strengthen the downtown community for years to come.

Hey everyone!

As we close out 2025, it’s time for our final McGann Construction drone update of the year. We currently have around 1,100 units under construction across multiple phases, wrapping up several projects while kicking off some exciting new ones. Momentum is strong, and lots of progress in motion!

We’re incredibly grateful for our talented McGann team, our top-notch subcontractors, and, most importantly, our clients who continue to trust us to deliver, project after project. We don’t take that lightly, and we appreciate it more than words (or drone footage) can capture.

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and safe holiday season. We’re proud of what we accomplished in 2025 and can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!!
