If you've attended the EASA International Show anytime over the past 20 years, you know that ICC is known for its signature cocktail and collectible ICC glass—a small way for us to say thank you to the industry that has supported us for so many years.

This year is no exception! We're excited to introduce The Orlando Overdrive, our 2026 signature cocktail, created by Lisa Dougherty, a talented bartender and personal friend.

Stop by Booth #721, enjoy a cocktail, pick up this year's collectible glass, and spend some time with the ICC team. We look forward to seeing you there!

Meet Jason Flatt, Training Coordinator at ICC.

Jason is approaching three years with ICC and brings 20 years of manufacturing experience with him. His role focuses on developing work instructions, building training and testing plans, supporting onboarding, and helping ensure new team members align with ICC’s core values from the start.

What Jason enjoys most about his job is building relationships with people and watching them grow. He takes pride in seeing team members develop both personally and professionally, knowing that growth starts with the right foundation.

One thing Jason has learned is that no two people learn the same way. Training isn’t one-size-fits-all. It takes patience, adaptability, and a willingness to meet people where they are so they can truly succeed.

To Jason, quality is one of the three key components of success in manufacturing. Safety, quality, and productivity, in that order. He knows that the standard of work at ICC is what keeps customers coming back, and that proper training plays a major role in maintaining that standard. He’s proud to play a role in making sure every team member has the tools they need to succeed.

What stands out most to him about ICC is the way people are treated. He says, "Everyone here matters to the success of the company, and that shows in the way the team supports one another. We aren’t just a number here. We’re treated as people, as family.”

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his "other" family... especially his grandkids! He's also big on home improvement projects and working on old cars and trucks. He’s a fan of anything VOLS and also follows the Atlanta Braves and Denver Broncos. 🏈

The best advice he lives by is to never stop learning. “If you think there’s nothing left to learn, you’re wrong.”

Bet you didn't know this, but Jason can’t stand mismatched socks! And if his workday had a soundtrack, it would be “With Arms Wide Open,” by Creed-- fitting for someone who plays such a big role in welcoming new team members, helping them grow, and setting them up for success from day one.

One team. One standard. This is ICC. 💪

Last Thursday Tracy Queen & I left the US and headed Down under!

After nearly 25 hours of travel, we landed at 7:30AM, grabbed a quick hotel refresh, and were climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge by 11AM. 🌉

Not exactly the typical jet-lag recovery plan, but an unforgettable way to start our Australian adventure!

We've spent the past few days exploring beautiful Sydney before a busy week of meetings, shop visits, more flights (Melbourne) and industry connections. Looking forward to finishing the week in Brisbane at the EASA Convention.

Business, travel, and a little adventure along the way— it doesn't get much better than that. Come see us in Brisbane at the EASA show!!

As I head to Australia, I want you to know- I always want to show up early to work—not just to get a head start, but to spend time with my team. And truly, it’s a bigger motivator to me (you guys!) Walking the shop, making rounds, and saying good morning to everyone is what truly fuels my day. I draw far more inspiration from those morning conversations from you -my team.

This team is the backbone of everything I do and the reason we continue producing some of the best work in the industry. More importantly, they push me every day to become the absolute best version of myself I can be. I couldn’t do what I do, without this team behind me. It’s a blessing. My team is a blessing. I’m going to Australia y’all!!! Beautiful pics to come!

Meet Charles “Chuck” Miller, Machinist at ICC.

With 4½ years at ICC, Chuck focuses on CNC mill work and vertical lathe operations — producing critical components where precision matters every step of the way.

Before coming to ICC, Chuck spent 10 years in the U.S. Army and worked as a corrections officer — and this is his first machining role. Since starting this career, he’s built a strong foundation and takes pride in the role he plays within the machining department.

Chuck understands that machining isn’t just technical — it requires focus, discipline, and respect for the work. One thing people outside the shop may not realize is how dangerous it can be, and how important it is to stay locked in on every detail.

To him, quality comes down to precision — ensuring every part is held as close to tolerance as possible. That level of accuracy is what keeps everything moving forward the way it should.

Originally from Southwest Virginia (and he’ll make sure you know the Southwest part), Chuck enjoys gunsmithing and fishing outside of work. He’s not much of a sports guy — which made his 2nd place finish in ICC’s March Madness challenge a surprise to just about everyone… including him!

The best advice he lives by? “Don’t loan people your tools!”

If his workday had a soundtrack, it would be "Got Money," by Lil Wayne.

And a fun fact we had to share... one of the machining apprentices he mentors has given him his own rap name: “Lil Chucky Mil Mil.” Not exactly something he asked for… but we think he's stuck with it!

Precision matters. This is ICC.

Today, we had the honor of taking part in Job Signing Day, presented by the Blount Partnership.

It’s a big moment for students choosing to step straight into the workforce, and it deserves more recognition than it gets.

Because here’s the reality:

Manufacturing today isn’t what people think.
It’s precision. Technology. Problem-solving. Craftsmanship.

And it matters. A LOT!

We’re seeing a new generation step in and challenge the outdated idea that there’s a “better” path between blue collar and white collar work.

There isn’t. There’s only meaningful work, done by people who take pride in doing it well.

To everyone signing today, we’re proud of you and excited for what’s ahead.

This is skilled. This is essential. This is ICC.
