This is what a "dead HDMI port" repair actually looks like under the microscope. 🔬
Xbox came in with no video output — turned out to be broken HDMI traces on the board. We rebuilt each one by hand, wire by wire.

Most shops will tell you this can't be fixed. We do it in-house, right here in McAllen.
