Our latest build in Crystal Lake.
A 24' x 24' detached garage, this one has it all. LP siding, metal roofing, designer front overhang, electric, spray foam insulation, drywall, Lvp flooring, (deep breath), oak stained stairs, metal railing, built in closets, trim & casing, (deep breath), epoxy floor coating, hvac, jack shafts garage door opener, & a beautiful 18' wide garage door. Just Wow! We knocked this project out of the park. I'm beyond proud of this one.

Our latest project in Mchenry. This should of been an in & out type of project. But the building dept(like most of them) had to make it ridiculously hard to approve the garage location, because common sense does not exist anymore with ALL city municipal offices. It's ridiculous. But we did what we could to make this an awesome garage for the customer.
A large 2 1/2 car with 10' walls, electric, & high lift door tracks to accommodate a car lift. We also did a custom concrete approach to give it that little extra touch of WOW!
The building departments are becoming very difficult to deal with for no apparent reason. It did not need to be this hard to build a garage. But in the end the finish product did not disappoint. We also added windows, siding, & faux brick knee wall to the house. What a great transformation. Im glad we were able to get it done even with the ridiculous city requirements. Welcome to the family. :)

I sent a couple progression pictures from this project for a repeat customer in Gurnee. He just got the first lift installed. Here's the completed project pictures.

A 12' x 44' attached garage with 12' walls, vaulted trusses, electric, insulation, drywall, & a epoxy floor coating. What a great space.

Our latest project in Wisconsin. Do you need work done at a campground? We can help. Decks, sheds, & covered steel roofs. Oh my! The customers gave me freedom to build the vision i had for them. It turned out beautifully and they are loving it.

When these Wisconsin customers had a front yard building line setback that was preventing them from putting in a 1 car attached garage. I said Neigh Neigh!
Here's the one car garage with a 5' stone retaining wall around the back due to digging out a hill. It has electric, Insulation, drywall, floor coating, & a new driveway. What a beautiful transformation. Welcome to the family.

After 20 + years. I still love demolition days. We are removing a small 1 car garage in Gurnee and replacing it with a HUGE 1 car tandem garage with higher walls for 2 car lifts. More to come.

Our latest project in Crystal Lake. A oversized one car attached garage/workshop. From matching the existing beautiful garage door, board/ batten siding, to the expansive search for the discontinued shingles. Everything had to match perfectly. Challenge excepted. It has upgraded electric, Insulation, drywall, interior trim, low profile heater, floor covering system, & new a driveway. Wow! Just wow! Welcome to the family.
