Hello to our awesome followers! This post is geared towards those of you who have an account with us.
We have been getting several calls since opening about viewing month-end statements in your email, or not being able to find them. While we are always happy to help you get these-I'm going to attempt to help a few people out with this post!
When you have an account with us-invoices come to your email with each purchase you make. These are handy for tracking job spends in detail, as they list all the items you purchased.
On the 1st of every month, you should receive an email with your monthly statement, which lists invoice numbers, and your total amount due. These emails come across differently! Instead of the sender saying "McPherson Lumber"-it shows up in your email as coming from our [email protected] email. It also comes as an html attachment, rather than a pdf.
If you are having trouble viewing your statement, try downloading the attachment and then opening it. For some customers, if this step isn't done the html attachment is all jumbled up.
