That's why we launched our "You Good?" initiative and created our Mental Health Ambassador Program. Not because it was required, but because we saw a need. Today, our Mental Health Ambassadors help create a culture where checking in on a coworker, starting a conversation, and asking for help are signs of strength, not weakness.
