Congratulations to the Xavier Residence Hall project team on reaching a major milestone with the topping out of the new residence hall last month. đź‘Ź

This achievement reflects the strength of the Broadmoor-Legacy partnership and the team’s commitment to planning, collaboration, and problem-solving. Despite early manpower challenges, the team stayed focused, worked closely with trade partners, and successfully recovered the schedule through thoughtful ex*****on.

By completion of the structure, one residence hall tower finished three weeks ahead of schedule and the other seven weeks ahead.

We are proud of this team’s professionalism, perseverance, and dedication as the project continues to move toward completion. Congratulations to everyone involved in this outstanding achievement!
