Say hello to Brian Kinder! πŸ‘‹ Based in Texas, he is BOSTONtec's new Central U.S. Regional Sales Manager, and he is ready to be your go-to resource across the region.

Brian's approach to sales is a little different. He is not here to push product. He is here to build genuine relationships and help dealers and customers find exactly what they need.

β€œThey know I am just there to help them. That trust builds naturally. That is what I am focused on.”

An interesting fact about Brian? He is, at heart, an introvert, which makes him a pretty unique fit for a sales role. But that self-awareness is exactly what makes him so intentional and effective with every customer interaction. πŸ˜„

Welcome to the team, Brian! We are glad you are here.

What actually changes when you swap a fixed-height bench for an ergonomic workstation? We asked The Ergonomics Center at NC State to measure it instead of guessing.

Ten industrial workers ran the same assembly and packaging tasks at both workstation types. The ergonomic station cut cycle time 18%. Value-added time on assembly nearly doubled, from 41% to 80%. Reaches outside safe zones dropped by up to 59%, and usability scores climbed from 45 to 90.

Those gains matter when musculoskeletal injuries make up almost 40% of workplace injuries, cost U.S. businesses more than $20 billion a year, and carry indirect costs up to five times the direct ones.

Happy International Left-Handers Day! πŸ–οΈ

About 1 in 10 people are left-handed, but most workbenches are built as if everyone is right-handed.

Ask any lefty on a production floor and they'll tell you the same thing: reaching across your body for a mouse or a tool, a few hundred times a shift, adds up.

It doesn't have to. Keyboard trays and mouse platforms can mount on either side. Monitor and keyboard arms swing whichever direction works. Height-adjustable frames, mobile tables, and modular accessories let every operator dial in their own fit.

Same bench. Either hand. No workaround required.

We believe investing in future talent is crucial to our success. The strength of this company has always come from people who started here with questions and grew into the ones with answers. This group brings forward thinking, dedication, and energy to the floor and the office every day, and it's been a privilege to support them as they learn, contribute, and grow.

Thank you, interns and co-ops, for helping shape what's next. The future of Case Systems and BOSTONtec will be built by people like you! πŸ™Œ

We broke ground. πŸŽ‰

On Tuesday, July 14, our team, our partners, and our community gathered for the groundbreaking of a multi-million dollar, 51,000 square foot expansion of our Midland manufacturing facility.

"One day, someone will walk into this expanded facility for their first day of work. They may build a career here, learn a skill here, support a family here, or grow into a leader here," said Kelly Wehner, President of Case Systems Inc. & BOSTONtec.

That's who we're building for.

Bert Bowden, our CEO, compared the expansion to a fruit tree, noting that fruit exists to nourish others rather than the tree that grows it. "We're not building it simply for ourselves," he said.

The project opens the door to greater production capacity, new markets, and more opportunity for skilled manufacturing careers right here in Midland. After more than 78 years in this community, we're glad the next chapter starts at home.

Thank you to Moltus Building Group, 1st State Bank, the City of Midland, Michigan - Municipal Government, the Midland Business Alliance, and all of our other partners who made this possible. We were honored to welcome Bill G. Schuette - State Representative and Senator Chedrick Greene, and we thank them for being here and for supporting Michigan manufacturing.

And most of all, thank you to all of the members of the Case Systems and BOSTONtec family. This milestone belongs to all of us.

Today's the day.

After years in the making, we break ground this morning on our multi-million dollar, 51,000 square foot expansion.

The site is set, the shovels are ready, and the team that built this moment is standing together to mark it.

This milestone belongs to every person who walks through our doors, and to the community that has been our home for more than 75 years. Here's to the next chapter.

Proud to share this milestone alongside our Case Systems Inc. team.

On Tuesday, July 14, we're breaking ground on a multi-million dollar, 51,000 square foot expansion in Midland. Ground gets broken in a single morning, but a milestone like this is built over years, by people who believed in what this company could become long before the first shovel touched the earth.

Midland has been home to us for more than 75 years. This expansion is a promise to the generations of employees, partners, and neighbors who helped us get here, and to the ones still to come.

Two brands, one facility, one team. This one belongs to all of us.
