This has to be one of the most amateur installations of adhered masonry veneer I have ever seen. Come back in a few months and count how many tiles are laying around the house. Worse yet, that contact w grade and no weep screed all but guarantees wood rot w/in the first year.

The brokerage’s associate made no mention of it in the inspection report. Caveat Emptor and be careful who you put your trust in…
