Proud to Be One of Milwaukee's Best Places to Work!
On September 16, ZS employees Jaclyn Byykkonen and Chris Neseman attended the Milwaukee Business Journal's Best Places to Work banquet to accept the award on behalf of the entire ZS team.
For the second consecutive year and the third time in five years, ZS has been recognized as one of Milwaukee's best employers. This honor reflects our commitment to a team-first culture built on competitive benefits, inclusivity, open communication, work-life balance, and strong relationships.

Thank you to our incredible team for making ZS a great place to work!

At ZS, we offer a comprehensive range of Building Enclosure Consulting and Testing Services designed to help ensure the long-term performance and integrity of building envelopes.
One of the most important testing methods we perform is ASTM E1105, the industry standard for evaluating the water pe*******on resistance of installed exterior windows, doors, skylights, curtain walls, and storefront systems. This testing helps verify that products have been manufactured and installed correctly and are performing as intended in real-world conditions.
For both residential and commercial facilities, building enclosure testing plays a critical role in identifying potential issues before they become costly problems. Water intrusion can lead to structural damage, material deterioration, mold growth, and expensive repairs. By detecting leaks early in the construction process, project teams can address deficiencies before occupancy, saving significant time and money down the road.
Whether it's new construction, quality assurance, or forensic investigation, ZS is committed to helping clients deliver safer, more durable, and higher-performing buildings.
