In all seriousness, the Ace Iron & Steel Corp. team spent a significant portion of the dog days of summer working overtime to meet schedule commitments with our customers. With fall in our sights and more exciting starts around the corner, we wanted to take this moment to thank our associates, trade partners, and vendors for their dedication exhibited during this busy time.

Ace Iron & Steel Corp. was selected to partner with Birmingham, AL based Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC to deliver the new Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek. This project consisted of furnishing and installing 350 tons of structural steel, (3) metal pan stairs, and miscellaneous metals throughout. Additional services included delivering a fully modeled structure for early BIM coordination.

The project was developed by The Sanders Trust, one of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate investment and development companies. Congratulations to the construction team and City of Oak Creek on this impressive new hospital, which fills a void for extended rehabilitative care.

We made it to Friday! Check out these photos of a large truss job Ace fabricated back in 2017.

Ace takes pride in keeping our freight operations in house and despite the overall length of these trusses requiring special permitting, this project was no exception. Our Manac extendable flatbed trailer was utilized, which has the ability to extend up to 80 feet long. That's 30 feet longer than most flatbeds you see on the road!

📢 Ace Iron & Steel Corp. is proud to announce that our prototype Beam Stretcher, Model SBS-1000, has cleared patent review.

Unfortunately, due to the precision of our skilled fabricators, this new machine is sitting idle and ready to be put to immediate use. With that said, we are now offering beam stretcher processing for other fabricators that may be in need.
