At Canyon Contracting, investing in our people remains at the heart of everything we do—and this year’s All Hands Meeting was a powerful reflection of that commitment.
This year, we introduced a new format, hosting our All Hands across two dedicated days to better connect with and support every division of our team.
Day 1 brought together our Office and Admin teams for a collaborative session centered around company vision, communication, and continued growth. A big thank you to RAK Brewing Co. for hosting us.
Day 2 focused on our Operations crews, highlighting safety, field operations, and the boots-on-the-ground impact that drives our success every day. Special thanks to Siempre de Fiesta for the outstanding catering.
Across both days, our teams participated in breakout sessions and gained valuable insights from industry partners like Builders Mutual, reinforcing the importance of safety, risk management, and protecting what matters most—our people.
We also had the privilege of recognizing team members who truly embody The Canyon Way, including this year’s Billy Morgan Award recipient, Mandi Kirk—an honor that celebrates dedication, leadership, and integrity across our organization.
By creating space for meaningful conversations, recognition, and alignment, this year’s All Hands set the tone for where we’re headed next.
