We recently had the opportunity to host second-year HVAC students from Massanutten Technical Center for a tour of RBI.

Students toured our shops and spent time learning more about our BIM department and the role technology plays in our work. Jesse Lawrence, our BIM & Fabrications Operations Manager, and Neal Buchanan, Director of Project Management, led the tours and shared insight into the different career paths and opportunities within the industry.

We always appreciate the chance to connect with students interested in the trades and share more about the work we do at RBI.

Mental health is just as important as physical safety — especially in the trades industry, where stress, pressure, and long hours can take a toll.

During RBI Safety Day, our team had the opportunity to hear from New Market Chief of Police Chris Rinker and his service dog, Benelli, as they shared an important message about mental health awareness.

We’re grateful to Chief Rinker for taking the time to speak with our team and help encourage conversations that matter.

Please join us in congratulating Jason Wilder, RBI’s May Safety Champion.

Jason was recognized for his quick thinking and strong first aid knowledge when he identified that a fellow employee was experiencing a medical emergency. He stayed calm under pressure, acted quickly, and helped ensure the employee received the medical attention they needed.

Jason’s actions are a strong example of what it means to look out for one another and prioritize safety every day. Thank you, Jason, for stepping up in a critical moment and reflecting RBI’s commitment to safety and teamwork.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the legacy they leave behind.
