While Chad only joined the RSR team three years ago, he’s been around the trade his whole life—growing up in a family of electricians and getting field experience early (even sharing his knowledge via TikTok). That experience shows up in how he leads every day.

As a Field Supervisor, Chad is often the first to get a site organized and the one who keeps everything moving. He maintains tight schedules, clear communication, and steady progress—and when challenges arise, he remains calm, pivots quickly, and keeps the team aligned.

Outside of work, you’ll find him watching horror movies or spending time with his kids.

Meet Eli.

Eli joined the RSR team last fall and is already making an impact. He’s in his 3rd year of ABC Keystone’s Journeyman program, and he shows up every day with a great attitude—always smiling, always ready to dig into whatever the job calls for.

He’s the kind of teammate who makes the workday better just by being in it: reliable, eager to learn, and not afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty. (But if you’re picking lunch for the crew… just know Eli keeps it very plain. 😄)

We’re excited to keep watching him grow in the trade and see where his career goes with our team.
