5,000 gallon grease interceptor for city of Harrisburg. Special thanks to Iron Stag Cranes and Shiloh Excavating for their valuable support and coordination on this project.

What is a Grease Interceptor? 🧐
Wastewater passes through the interceptor, where it cools, allowing fats to float to the top and solids to settle at the bottom, allowing cleaner water to exit.
It prevents these materials from entering public sewer systems, avoiding pipe blockages, sewer overflows, environmental damage, and costly plumbing repairs.
