We are incredibly proud to partner with the Old Washington Community Volunteer Fire Department on such an important project!

It’s an honor for Heating Cooling Products (HCP) to contribute to the construction of the new fire station by donating the ductwork materials for the HVAC system.

Supporting the communities we serve is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful to play a small part in helping bring this project to life.

Thank you to the Old Washington FD for the opportunity and for everything you do to keep the community safe. We also appreciate the recognition and the collaboration from everyone involved in this effort.

As part of Manufacturing Month, the Area Development Foundation is highlighting the people who make Knox County’s manufacturing industry thrive! These stories were submitted by local professionals who agreed to share their career journeys and advice for others.

Corey Dormaier has built an impressive 23-year career in manufacturing and currently serves as Plant Manager at Heating & Cooling Products (HCP). He began his journey at 20 years old in a plastics factory because it offered a better schedule and benefits. Starting as an hourly associate in assembly, Corey earned his first management role as a shift supervisor after only two years. He later became a department supervisor at a ceramics factory, spending the next decade refining his leadership and process improvement skills. In 2021, he joined Heating & Cooling Products as a supervisor, later served as a continuous improvement manager, and now leads the team as plant manager. A Six Sigma Black Belt, Corey credits manufacturing for giving him the opportunity to meet many great people from around the world. His advice to anyone considering a manufacturing career is, “Never underestimate how today’s job could lead to tomorrow’s career.”

🩷𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙒𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝘿𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚🩷

In honor of breast Cancer Awareness Month, our team came together to support a cause that touches so many lives. Through our Breast Cancer Awareness shirt fundraiser, we committed to matching 100% of funds raised and we are proud to have donated $3,940.00 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This contribution helps fund essential research, education, and care for those impacted by breast cancer.

To everyone who purchased a shirt, spread the word, and helped raise awareness - we thank you!
