Triton is proud to serve as Construction Manager for the Locust Valley Central School District, partnering with the District to bring transformative new learning spaces to life.

Superintendent Dr. Kirsten Turnow recently shared a video update highlighting progress on the Oasis Courtyard, Research Center, and Courtyard Cafeteria. The video provided an overview of the work completed to date and offered a preview of the exciting spaces currently taking shape.

Dr. Turnow, showed her support for the project team by wearing Triton’s signature orange during the video—a thoughtful gesture and meaningful recognition of the strong partnership between the District and our Team as we continue advancing through the project.

The Middletown Twin Towers Additions & Alterations project is moving ahead! Phase 1A is nearly complete, with Phase 1B actively underway to support the school's transition into the new spaces. Interior and exterior work continue to advance at a strong pace. Stay tuned for more updates.

Phase 2 of the $58M Hauppauge High School bond program is nearing completion and the results speak for themselves!

New turf fields for baseball and softball, two upgraded multipurpose athletic fields complete with Musco lighting, scoreboards, sound systems, a new video scoreboard, and enhanced campus security are all in the books.

Proud to be delivering world-class facilities for the Hauppauge community.

Big things are happening across the Brewster School District as part of our $83 Million Capital Bond Project:

CV Starr Cafetorium Addition — Interior finishes underway, MEP rough-ins complete, roofing nearing completion, and site work has begun.

HVAC Upgrades — Second-shift work continues across all schools. Boiler demolition underway at two locations, with abatement and unit ventilator replacements planned for summer.

JFK Elementary School — Roofing work kicked off in early May.

Brewster High School & Field House — Steel er****on underway, slab work wrapping by end of May, followed by CMU. Interior STEM and ROTC renovations on track for next school year!

REPOST from QNS: The Orchard, a residential tower at 42-06 Orchard St. in Long Island City, unveiled its professional-grade indoor basketball court, known as the Arena, on Thursday, April 23.

Designed in collaboration with renowned NBA Skills Trainer Chris Brickley, the Arena is intended to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience that combines pro-level design, advanced technology and player-driven performance to residents of the Orchard.

The court reflects his signature approach to performance and design while delivering a fully immersive environment for sports and entertainment.

Great progress on our Great Neck multifamily!

The team has successfully completed the removal of contaminated soils and is moving full speed ahead with sitework, foundations, retaining walls, and underground drainage installation.

Excited to see this project continue to take shape.

The future Innovation Wing at White Plains High School is rapidly taking shape, with school and construction officials reporting that the high-tech hub for Career and Technical Education, arts instruction and cutting-edge learning opportunities is progressing ahead of schedule. Principal Emerly Martinez led a tour of the construction site Monday for engineering teachers Al Martinez, Giordano Garcia and Chad Allen, offering a firsthand look at the two-story addition that will connect to the main building through an enclosed glass bridge.

In April, the New York State Division of Minority and Women's Business Development hosted the NYS Projects Pop-Up Series at the Helen Marshall Cultural Center in Queens, and Triton Elite Joint Venture was proud to be in attendance.
