In recognition of Construction Safety Week, Triton’s Stand Down held on Tuesday, May 5, at the 9 DeKalb job site was a great success. Gallagher Bassett speakers Shawn Clark & Patti Landy-Riva, provided valuable on-site training covering fall protection for over 110 workers on site. Additional topics included fall prevention, safe ladder operation, power tool safety, scaffolding safety, and mental health awareness. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped reinforce our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment on every project.

Site progress at Garden City UFSD: Structural steel is now complete, with metal deck and reinforcing fully installed. Exterior masonry work is underway, with additional wall installation set to commence immediately following Spring Break. Deck pours are scheduled to begin in the coming days.

Site progress continues beyond the building—baseball, softball, and multipurpose fields have all been turned over for use.

Completed in 2024, Marymount School’s East 97th Street campus is defined by an elegant terracotta rainscreen that brings refinement and vertical rhythm to the block. Tall, finely shaped terracotta elements give the building its sculpted profile, creating a play of light and shadow that shifts throughout the day.

The material’s soft sheen and pale tone contrast subtly with the darker accent bands and window frames, resulting in a facade that feels both contemporary and rooted in the architectural language of the Upper East Side. The curved corner pieces and carefully aligned verticals add a sense of craftsmanship that elevates the building’s presence from street level to skyline.

A warm, modern expression for an academic environment built on tradition, creativity, and forward looking design.
