Meet Nick! đź‘‹

Nick joined JAMM Midwest about a month ago as the Sales Manager of our newest shop, but we think his unofficial title - VP of “Yeah, we can make that!” - might be a little more accurate.

What he’s enjoyed most so far is the collaboration and the people behind the work. Around here, every project brings a new challenge, and Nick is part of the team helping customers figure out how JAMM can get it done.

Outside of work, Nick is married with two kids, a 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. He loves traveling anywhere he can and is a fan of just about every sport you can name, including football, basketball, soccer, and golf.

Accurate measuring might not be the fun part of fabrication, but it can make or break a project. Getting the dimensions right from the start helps reduce rework, keep production moving, and make sure everything fits the way it should when it’s time for assembly or installation.

Meet Sydney! đź‘‹

Sydney joined JAMM in June as our Inside Sales “Growth & Order Architect," which, in her words, means she sells things that weigh more than your car without usually leaving her desk.

She spends her days turning “Can you quote this?” into “Here’s your price,” with a little part detective, math wizard, and customer therapist mixed in. She never expected to get excited about steel, but every quote brings a new puzzle to solve and something new to learn. Even better, she’s found a team that genuinely cares about the people behind the work.

Outside of JAMM, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, playing tennis, getting to the beach with a good book whenever she can, and hanging out with her 28-pound house cat (yes, you read that right).

We’re glad to have Sydney on the team and can’t wait to see what she helps us build!
