Community involvement is something we genuinely enjoy.

Today the crew was out supporting the Jamie Ummach Memorial Tournament in Correctionville. Maria, Jason, Cody and Melissa represented RP — and, based on the reports I’m getting, all four have now qualified for the Masters next April.

Apparently Augusta National has a very liberal qualification process.

Great event, great cause and a good day to support the community.

Corrosion doesn’t care how good your drawings looked.

After 20+ years in aggressive soil, buried iron can begin to fail, leading to leaks, emergency repairs, and costly downtime.

That’s where cathodic protection comes in.

Through pipe bonding, isolation kits, test stations, and properly sized anodes, we can help redirect corrosion away from the pipe and extend the life of the main.

We’ve seen it firsthand on aging ductile-iron force mains dealing with graphitic corrosion and pinhole leaks. The goal isn’t just to fix the next leak — it’s to understand what’s causing the problem and build a solution around real field conditions.

Infrastructure doesn’t care if it’s 95° and miserable when it decides to fail — and neither do our people.

A long-time client called Thursday with a fast-moving wastewater emergency. By today, we’ve got a bypass in place, a plan ready to go, and staff flying back from a Texas job to help finish the fix.

It’s a tough one, but we don’t usually get called for the easy projects. Proud of this crew and the must-win, never-fail mentality they bring every single day.

Infrastructure doesn’t wait for a cool front to roll through before it fails, and neither do our people.

This week a long-time pair of clients called with a fast-moving emergency on their wastewater system. Thursday morning it was, “Can you help us figure out a solution?” By today, we’ve got a bypass in place, a design-build plan on paper, and staff flying home from a Texas job to help finish the fix.

It’s hot, it’s muddy, and it’s not simple. But we don’t usually get called for the easy stuff. This is the kind of work RP / CEC does best—field engineers, operators, and foremen shoulder to shoulder, solving problems that can’t wait.
