Just finished up our 2nd duct cleaning of the day. While on the job we noticed a bathroom had condensation on the duct vent. Our tech went up in the attic and found the duct leading to it was no longer sealed properly allowing cold air to escape and warm air/humidity to mix in causing the condensation.

Long story short we made the repair , cleaned the ducts and took care of a quick routine maintenance on the unit overall. Cleaning out leaves, debris etc , and checked over the basics to ensure a healthy life for this unit for years to come.

A little lunch time photo drop!

Our first scheduled call of the day started off as a duct cleaning. During this we provided a routine maintenance for the customer. Found a bit of debris outside in the unit and an almost 10 year old capacitor that measured right at the minimum acceptable specs. We got the customers unit cleaned up and up to par, now their machine will be good for a long time to come with proper care.

Thank you to anyone who allows us the opportunity to earn their business. No matter how small or large the job is we take pride in our work and always strive to instill confidence with everything we do.

A capacitor is a simple piece to the hvac system yet when it fails it definitely makes things hot. It helps control the compressor and outside fan. Without this your system will not function properly. Luckily here we identified the problem and got the customer back up quickly and cooling appropriately!

Frost on the outside condenser is normal for a heat pump in this temperature. if you see fan off and smoke, that’s normal it’s in defrost. if you get ice 🧊 and doesn’t go away call us 3526157059
