Sometimes the work happens in our own yard.
Our crew recently reset our pole bunker, relocating it using the digger derrick to set the new position, running the anchor cranker, leveling out the old footprint, repositioning the triple reel trailers, and cleaning up the whole area.
It's not a glamorous job. But a clean, organized yard means our equipment is staged right and our crews are ready to roll anytime.
You take care of your operation and your operation takes care of you. We Build Tomorrow.

Keeping residents connected at Highpoint Apartment Community.
Our team was on-site for Cox Communications, demoing the old infrastructure and installing new RG6 coaxial lines and pathways throughout the buildings. RG6 is the standard for a reason. It's a thick, heavily shielded cable built to carry high-bandwidth signals that reliably deliver cable and internet service to every unit.
When you're working in an active apartment community, clean work and getting it right the first time isn't optional. Real people are waiting on the other side of it.
Proud of how our crew handled this one. We Build Tomorrow.

Fiber work on Harry Langdon Boulevard in Council Bluffs.
Our crew used a tugger to pull fiber through and coiled the slack in a figure-8 pattern, keeping everything clean and manageable for what comes next. They also de-lashed and re-lashed the existing aerial fiber along the route, ensuring every line was properly secured.
It's detail work. The kind that doesn't always get noticed but makes a real difference in network reliability when it's done right.
We Build Tomorrow.

Most people never see the work from this angle.
Our aerial crew does. From the top of a pole or the bucket of a lift, they're stringing wire, lashing cable, and making connections that keep homes and businesses running across Omaha, Lincoln, and the surrounding communities.
It's skilled work at real heights, done right and done safely. Because at the end of the day, every one of our guys deserves to look back at what they built and know they did it the right way.
We Build Tomorrow. One line at a time.

This is what the work looks like before it disappears underground.
Our crew at the LPS Yankee Hill Student Support Facility in Lincoln, getting the trench open and ready before the pipe goes in. Clean cut and smooth, solid work.
Some of our finest work will never be seen again - because it’s perfectly packaged underground. We Build Tomorrow.

Recently, some of the TJ Cable team traded their desks for seats at Charles Schwab Field, joined by our friends and sister company, Valley Corp.
The Creighton Bluejays may not have gotten the win that afternoon, but the time spent catching up and enjoying a few hours outside the office together was completely worth it.
The dynamic relationships we build off the job site matter just as much as the work we do on it.
Big thanks to Blue Cross Blue Shield and FNIC Omaha for hosting us.

Those colored marks you sometimes see on the ground? Many times, that's us doing our homework.
Before any digging starts, our locating crew maps every gas line, water main, and other underground utilities. It's the work that happens before the work, keeping everyone safe and services connected.
Safety first. Every time. We Build Tomorrow.

Behind every crew heading out to a job site, there's a team making sure everything is squared away before the first bore is made.
Today we want to recognize three people who keep TJ Cable running every single day: Anjelica (Assistant Controller), Holly (Accounting Specialist, and Lindsey (Payroll Specialist).
These women manage the numbers, the details, and the hundred things that have to happen behind the scenes so our field teams can stay focused on the work. They don't always get the spotlight - but make no mistake - TJ Cable does not run without them.
Happy Administrative Professionals Day, ladies! We are proud to have you on this team.

Keeping CB Connected!
Our crew was on site on Franklin Avenue in Council Bluffs, bringing fiber internet into an apartment complex from the curb, up the risers, and into each unit. MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) fiber work is a three-phase process and every step matters. When it's done right, residents get fast, reliable internet and never have to think about what it took to get there. That's the goal.
Hats off to the team for the safe, careful work they do to keep our community connected.

Progress continues as our TJ Cable underground crew works on a large-scale project in Lincoln. The team removed forms, completed multiple excavations, and built new upper forms — all with the precision and coordination this kind of work demands.
From carefully benching pits to working around existing structures, this is the kind of detail-driven effort that keeps projects moving forward safely and efficiently. It takes planning, skill, and a crew that knows how to execute in the field.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the new multi-custody facility will replace the Nebraska State Penitentiary.

Proud of our TJC team for showing up and getting it done right.
