Looking back at last month’s topping out at Union League Liberty Hill.

We’re proud to be providing structural engineering services for this project and were glad to join the team for the installation of the final beam for the new Liberty Ballroom. Once complete, the venue will accommodate up to 450 guests in a stunning new event space.

Great work by the entire project team. We’re looking forward to watching this one continue to take shape! 👏

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of WVU Medicine Jefferson Medical Center's new ambulatory expansion in Ranson, West Virginia. Designed by Kahler Slater, the approximately 80,000 SF facility will expand access to outpatient healthcare services with exam rooms, an enhanced imaging department, cardiopulmonary and nuclear medicine services, and flexible space to support future growth across the campus.

O&N is honored to provide structural engineering services for this transformational $60 million investment, helping create a modern healthcare destination that will serve the growing needs of the community for years to come.

We had a great time sponsoring the AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing on Friday at Brookshire Golf Club.⛳ It made the day even more special knowing O&N team members helped design several features throughout the club, including the Grand Event Space, its specialty connection design, and the swimming pool.

Steel has officially topped out on the new 11-story patient tower at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, part of Geisinger Health System's $900 million campus investment and one of the largest ongoing healthcare developments in the region.

This one's built on collaboration: O&N is proud to be working alongside Geisinger Health System, FCA, and Turner Construction using an IPD-Lite delivery approach. More beds, increased operating room capacity, and a bigger emergency department are on the way for the community.

It was a pleasure to welcome three local high school students to our Philadelphia office last week as part of the Freire Schools Experienceship Program! 🎉

The two-week paid externship gives rising seniors the opportunity to explore careers that interest them through hands-on learning and job shadowing. During their two days at O&N, students met with team members across our firm, including structural engineering, restoration, and marketing, to learn about the many career paths that help bring projects to life.

Thank you to Freire Schools for partnering with us to inspire the next generation of professionals. We enjoyed sharing what a career in structural engineering can look like and wish these students all the best as they explore their futures!
