Congratulations to the entire project team on yesterday's ribbon cutting for Phase 2B of The Core at Station Yards. O'Donnell & Naccarato Structural Engineers was proud to serve as structural engineer for this 298,000-square-foot mixed-use development, which adds 175 residential units, retail space, resident amenities, and structured parking to the growing transit-oriented district surrounding the Ronkonkoma LIRR Station. We're excited to see the project officially open and begin serving residents and the surrounding community.

Jim joins our Indiana office as an Associate, bringing 20+ years of structural engineering experience across multiple sectors with a deep focus on healthcare. We’re proud to support the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia as it celebrates its 25th Anniversary, a milestone that reflects decades of mentorship, opportunity, and meaningful connections across the AEC community.

The annual scholarship breakfast recognizes outstanding high school students as they receive college scholarships, along with the mentors, partners, and leaders who make the program possible.

This year’s celebration was especially meaningful for us. Our CEO, Anthony Naccarato, was honored with the 25th Anniversary Founder Award. As one of the individuals who helped establish the chapter 25 years ago, his commitment to mentorship and student opportunity has been part of the program’s story from the very beginning.

Jonathan brings more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering and development consulting, with a background spanning structural design, code review, and construction-phase services across both the public and private sectors.
