We're pleased to welcome Kayla McKeown and Mariella Cleary to the P. Agnes team for the summer.

Kayla is a rising junior at Syracuse University pursuing a double major in Architecture and Project Management.

Mariella is a rising sophomore at West Chester University majoring in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate and Land Development.

We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the fresh ideas and contributions they'll bring to our projects and our team this summer.

We are proud to announce that Kayla DeJohn has joined the P. Agnes team!

With 15 years of industry experience, Kayla joins the team specializing in business development and project management across the commercial, healthcare, and higher education sectors. Her strategic focus on relationship building and fostering meaningful connections will be instrumental in driving long-term partnerships that support our ambitious growth goals for the coming year.

Outside of her professional life, Kayla enjoys traveling, staying active through CrossFit, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

P. Agnes, Inc. recently wrapped up an exciting healthcare renovation project for Jefferson Health: the Bronchoscopy Procedural Room.

Our team completed the demolition of two decommissioned ORs on the 5th floor of the Thompson Building to make way for the relocation of the bronchoscopy procedure room.

Work like this takes strong coordination and attention to detail, especially in an active hospital setting. The end result is 1,200 square feet of refreshed space that better supports both patients and clinical staff.

We appreciate the efforts of our partners at FCA (notably Joe Doherty, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP and Carolina Downey, RA, NCARB, LEED AP, LFA) in getting this across the finish line, along with our very own Erik Everly, John Watson, and John Acciavatti!

Happy Women in Construction Week! This nationwide initiative advances and promotes the vital role of women in the construction industry. Today and every day we celebrate the many achievements of women in the trades. This year's theme is "Level Up", highlighting opportunities to build stronger communities, careers, and futures.

This week we recognize Maryanne Kaelin, a Laborer at P. Agnes, who is paving the way for other women in the industry. She values the people she works with, saying, “The teams I’ve worked with are very helpful in giving advice on how to do the work effectively. One of the most common sayings on the job is, ‘Work smarter, not harder.’”

We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect with our community while supporting programs that help shape the next generation of AEC professionals. Kevin will be presenting “Introduction to Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)” at the HEASNJ February Meeting on February 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM. His presentation will provide an overview of Lean Construction principles and the core components of IPD.
