New Leadership Positions to Drive Innovation and Growth
Clips & Clamps Industries, a leader in precision Metalforming, including Stamping, Wireforming, Slideforming and Value-Added Services since 1954, is pleased to announce a series of executive management changes designed to bolster the company's leadership and drive future growth.

Executive Appointments

• Craig Rice – Promoted to Director of Engineering. Craig brings a wealth of experience in the Metalfoming and Automotive industries and a proven track record in engineering excellence and propelling change. Craig’s original employment period at CCI began in 1994 as a part-time assembly operator.

• Melvin Turner - Promoted to Director of Operations. Melvin has demonstrated exceptional operational skills and exemplifies integrity in his leadership style. He began his CCI career 9 years ago as a Die Setter.

• Mike Fasano – Appointed as the Director of Sales. Mike has been serving in a dual role of Sales and Operations for the last several years. CCI is confident that Mike’s impact to sales management and strategy will be beneficial to our overall growth targets.

• Tara Aznavorian - Promoted to Executive Director & General Manager. Tara's leadership and passion for supporting an accountable and empowered workforce will be instrumental in guiding Clips & Clamps Industries towards new heights of success. Tara represents the 3rd generation of exceptional female leadership at CCI.
