🔨 Project Progress Update – Gulf-Front Exterior Renovation on Scenic C.R. 30A 🌊

We’re excited to share the ongoing transformation of this beautiful Gulf-front property along County Road 30A.

As is common with many coastal homes constructed with stucco over wood-framed structures, years of water intrusion had caused significant hidden damage, including extensive wood rot within exterior walls and structural framing members. Our team has completely removed the failing stucco system, repaired all damaged structural components, and is rebuilding this home with durability, performance, and longevity in mind.

The project also includes the installation of new impact-rated windows featuring turtle-friendly tinting, fully compliant with all Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Beaches and Coastal Systems requirements, as well as a full, standing seam metal roof replacement.

As we move into the final phases, be on the lookout for completed project photos showcasing the new painted exterior finishes, Trex decking system, and elegant stainless-steel cable railings designed to maximize and showcase the property's stunning Gulf views.

As we wrap up this beautiful custom home in Indian Pass, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible experience it has been bringing Kim and Sandy Davis’s vision to life. From the very first design concepts to construction and finally move-in day, it has been an honor to work alongside them to create their dream winter home — affectionately known as the “treehouse.”

Congratulations to CBC on an outstanding season and finishing in first place in the Ozone League! All the hard work, dedication, and growth this team showed throughout the season truly paid off.
