Loudoun Stairs Welcomes Stan Settle as Senior VP of Business Development
We’re pleased to welcome Stanley F. Settle, Jr. to Loudoun Stairs as our new Senior VP of Business Development.
Stan brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, and property development throughout Virginia, with a significant portion of his career focused in Northern Virginia.
Earlier in his career, Stan served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development for Pulte Homes, where he managed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. He later continued his work in land development with Timber Ridge, generating approximately $870 million in finished-lot sales to regional and national homebuilders.
Throughout his career, Stan has been involved with notable Northern Virginia developments including Discovery Square, MetroWest, Metro Row at Vienna Station, Willowsford, Hartland, and Parkside Village.
His extensive background in land acquisition, development, planning, governmental approvals, and builder relationships brings valuable industry knowledge and connections to Loudoun Stairs.
In his new role, Stan will use his decades of Northern Virginia market experience and industry relationships to help support Loudoun Stairs’ continued growth, strengthen relationships with builders and developers, and identify new business opportunities.
