No matter how many safety policies or controls we put in place, safety ultimately comes down to individual responsibility. If a crew member feels unsafe on the job, they have Stop Work Authority—the right to halt work until the hazard is addressed and the site is safe to continue.

We believe the person closest to the hazard is the one best equipped to call it out.
