Our Village on the Isle project team traded blueprints for birdies as they hit the links at the 7th Annual Golf Classic for the Village on the Isle Foundation! ⛳

This awesome group of people showcased the same teamwork and dedication that drive the success of the active expansion project in Venice, FL. Not only was this a great day of fun for our team - it was also the chance to contribute to the stewardship displayed by this organization. Clancy & Theys was honored to be sponsor for this event that strengthens the incredible mission of the Village on the Isle Foundation.

A spirit of celebration was truly in the air in Florida as our team and project partners gathered to mark the topping out of this exciting Deven Quadrangle student housing development serving UCF students! ⚔️

This milestone is a testament to the dedication and collaboration of the entire project team bringing this student housing community to life. From the owners and design team to our trade partners, every contributor has played a vital role in bringing this project to this milestone. This future residence community will provide a vibrant place for students to live, learn, and build connections, reflecting the collective effort and passion invested by everyone involved.

As this structure reaches new heights, so does the anticipation for the impact it will have on the UCF student experience. We are excited for the future ahead and are honored to play a role in helping shape the next chapter of this growing community! 🙏

We were so excited to Top Out at the new Red Hat Amphitheater in downtown Raleigh, NC! 🏗️

With months of hard work with our construction partners Skanska and D.A. Everett, our teams delivered the final piece of steel for the permanent structure. Red Hat Amphitheater will serve as a vibrant centerpiece for downtown, drawing residents and visitors together through live entertainment and shared experiences that strengthen community connections. Its steady flow of concerts and events energizes local businesses and supports economic growth, making it a powerful driver of both civic pride and commercial vitality in the Raleigh area.

The festivities were made even sweeter with a performance from student musicians and plenty of local ice cream to go around, adding a fun, hometown spirit that perfectly captured the energy and heart of the day. ❤️

We can’t wait to see this project continue to take shape and become a lasting asset for the community for decades to come!

Our team recently took part in the gazebo build challenge at Healing Transitions, and we WON!! 🥇

This incredible group demonstrated their passion through preparation - watching videos, bringing all the necessary supplies, and uplifting spirits throughout the entire process. They created a significant space for the women who will come for reflection, connection, healing, and hope for many years ahead.

We want to celebrate this amazing team for their dedication, collaboration, and commitment to making a real impact. What they achieved together was about so much more than just constructing a gazebo! 🙏

Our summer interns are already getting a taste of what makes our company special: collaboration and a strong sense of community across every office! While gaining hands-on industry experience throughout the summer, interns also have opportunities to build relationships with our Clancy & Theys team, mentors, and fellow interns through fun events and shared experiences along the way.

This past week a few of our offices combined team bonding with some friendly competition. In Wilmington, interns and their mentors headed to Dave & Buster's for games, laughs, and a little healthy rivalry outside of the office. Meanwhile in Raleigh, interns joined the office team for a happy hour and mini golf mixer, giving everyone a chance to connect and enjoy some time together outside of project work. From mini golf bragging rights to arcade victories, these events were a great reminder that some of the best collaboration starts with simply getting to know one another a little better.

These outings are just one part of the well-rounded internship experience we strive to create at Clancy & Theys. We’re excited to continue investing in this talented group and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the months ahead!
